He was on time, competitively priced, efficient, and called me at work to let me know what he found. He also assessed my air ducts to see if they needed cleaning. He is clearly an honest man, as he told me there was no need to have them cleaned at this point in time - I just need to vacuum the inlet ducts and change the filters! He was such a nice guy. So impressed.
