Being involved with Intrinsic since many years, I can say that this is the most unprofessional and toxic environment to work in. Salaries are low-balled, employees are ill-treated, and there is no room for growth or any work-life balance. Its predecessor company is Universal Business Solutions (UBSNA) whose President - Abraham Thomas has a harassment case against him filed by his own employee. He currently heads the Sales department at Intrinsic. I have faced Verbal abuse by the executives on several occasions. Employees are constantly guided by the executives to lie to the clients; and the clients have been duped of large sums of money in exchange for services that are mishandled. Overall, its an unhealthy environment to work and the owners have no morale.
