READ THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I witnessed my sister doing business with these people and they are crooks. My sister didn't have a housing program either, shes a cash paying client and renter. They are still charging over $20 for application fees and trying to justify it by saying the law doesn’t apply to them. They are charging $150 for application fees. They don’t actively help you look for apartments within your budget either. They were quick to take $1300 deposit fee, from my sister and make her wait 2 weeks to get it back in check form. AND THE CHECK BOUNCED !!!!!! Their practices are unlawful. They are not exempt from the $20 application fee rule. And they are lying to clients and potential clients saying they are. It’s truly disgusting that these people are in a business where as they are suppose to be reliable and are wolves in sheep’s clothing. BEWARE!!! And everyone who’s had the same experience should report them to: 1. the department of state and licensing @ https://www.dos.ny.gov/licensing/1507-f.pdf. 2. put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/get-started. 3. Contact the NYC mayors office 4. And go to Bronx small claims court and sue them for all the money you gave them, including the court application, your transportation fees (parking & gas) and interest on all money. Don’t let these people off the hook. And don’t get baited into conflict with them.

Do not I repeat do not go with this company they will steal your money and refuse to give it back to you. This company made us come in to at least 10 different apartments and kept telling us that the apartment was move-in ready, we left the deposit but every single time we saw an apartment and we wanted the apartment they had an excuse why it couldn’t be rented. After a month and a half we decided we wanted our money back and they refused to give us our money, when they finally did give us a check, it bounced at the bank we ended up finally getting our money because we had to call the cops. Do yourself a favor go with a real real estate company not the scam artist.
