Melissa the dispatcher needs to be fired. She hides behind the phone knowing nobody can find the actual company.i call them to let them know the driver never gave the drop off location the keys. She immediately lied and tells me the driver gave it to me and it's on me. She then calls the driver and he stated he found it. She proceeds to say stop being a b word after she was wrong and made up a complete lie.. and then hangs up the phone.

If I could give this towing service company a 0 star rating I would. They were the most unprofessional and poor lack of service towing company that I have ever dealt with. What's even more disappointing is that Cadillac uses them as their roadside assistance. My 2025 Cadillac Escalade had a flat tire so I called Cadillac Roadside assistance and Unique Towing was dispatched to me. Upon arriving the driver told me to drive my SUV up the ramp which I saw as red flag #1. After the truck was on the flat bed I noticed that my wheel was touching the edge of the flat bed wall which I immediately alerted the driver about my concern about the possibility of my wheel getting damaged he assured me that the wheel was protected and he has been doing this for over 30 years and everything would be fine. When we arrived to the dealership he immediately tried to rush and drop the vehicle off and he moved his truck to the middle of the parking lot. When I came outside the Cadillac service man and I immediately noticed my wheel was severely scratched. I told the driver that I knew this would happen, and he dismissively stated that it's just a scratch they will fix it stop tripping. He then quickly took a picture of the damage and left. I called Unique towing to complain and the lady rudely replied to me that the damage had been done before he picked up the truck which was a lie. When I repeatedly told her that was not the case she rudely replied to just file a claim and let then handle it and hung up. Please stay away from this company they are the absolute worst!

If I could give no stars, I would. The actual tow truck was very helpful, but the dispatcher needs to find a new job. She was rude and would not give updates about how long my tow would take. My time kept getting pushed back after the already extended wait time, but she said I should know that it's just an estimate. She also hung up on me. I would NEVER recommend.

If I could give this company a negative 5, I would. The driver that towed my vehicle was extremely unprofessional and rude (truck #45). I called to report his nasty disposition and was told "drivers are not the highest educated and he's just doing his job". I didn't know that demonstrating decent customer service and being polite was a matter of having a Harvard degree. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

They don't even deserve a single star! I am writing this review after the lady over the phone was so rude and canceled my tow request that was made through my insurance company. I waited for them for more than an hour. The driver could not locate the place which I uploaded via their link and when I followed up, the lady was not at all courteous and when her rudeness was mentioned, she canceled my request. I call me insurance company and they said the tow company finds my location to be at a dangerous spot (absolute lie). I am a cardiac patient and here on the road for 2 hrs now in the afternoon. They are hopeless and do not deserve to be in such business which demands service approach and courtesy

This company does not deserve no stars they lie, and cancel your'e towing without any explanation. I waited 4 hours for them to show, they lie about GPS is not working. Horrible company do not use unless you would like to wait only for nobody to show up.

I had to use them via my insurance company to tow my car to the dealership I was trading the car in at. I don't remember the guys name who drove, but he was really nice and helpful. It took a while for him to get to me, but it wasn't a hurry and that's just usually how it goes. Would def use them again!

I met the tow truck driver at the kroger on 1715 Howell Mill rd atlanta, Ga 30318 and he loaded my 2016 Dodge Ram pickup truck on to his tow truck and drove it to the location that it was being dropped off to my office  When the driver unloaded the vehicle, he ripped the front bumper off of the vehicle. I was standing towards the side next to the vehicle that I drove. The driver called me over and showed me what happened and he said he was notifying the owner of the business he worked for what happened and that the owner would call me the next day to arrange for them to fix the damages. I felt bad for him and i asked him if he was going to get into a lot of trouble and he said no, but he would have to pay for the repairs out of his pocket. I waited a day for the owner to call and i didnt hear anything. On Saturday April 20th, I called their business line. I spoke with their phone attendant and she said to email the owner directly, which i did and she said she would also ask him to call me. I waited a few days and didnt hear from anyone so i called again early in the morning on Wednesday April 24th and spoke with someone (may have been the same person i initially spoke with on Saturday April 20th, and they said they would have the owner call me that day. I never heard from anyone so I called again on Thursday evening April 25th and spoke with the same attendant again. She said that she was the person that the driver spoke with when the initial incident happened so she was well aware of my situation and she would ask the owner again to call me. As of today, Saturday April 27th, i have not received a call from anyone at Unique towing and my car is still damaged and unoperable.

This is the worst experience I've ever had first I had to wait over 2 hours for a tow truck and after waiting over 2 hours I get a text saying the tow truck was canceled and I didn't canceled it and then they told me I would have to wait another 2 hours for another tow truck to come and get me remind you I call my Roadside with Allstate around 8:30pm they said the truck wouldn't get to me till 11:03 and this was at night some how right at 11:03pm hen the truck was suppose to be arriving it canceled and they said I would have to wait another 2 hours before they could send another truck people stay away from Unique towing they are full of it
