Never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service.

After posting a poor review on Google due to a dissapproved service the owner try's to make me out to be an angry villain. Why? Because I'm black and didn't appreciate the customer service I received after I paid for a service ? This lady is racist and will never be going here again. First ever time getting lash extensions and only wore them a day. They started falling off the day after. And instead of her trying to hear me out and rectify the problem. She kept cutting me off and making excuses. I did need a free service but I would have appreciated some quality customer service. Just ride and unprofessional. The worst experience for sure!
