Everything about my above ground pool was done poorly. There are gaps in the uprights, the pool is about 3 inches off level, the liner is crooked, you can feel the concrete blocks under your feet if you are standing near the uprights, the floor has all sorts of high and low spots and there are some stones you can feel under your feet that he apparently got between the rock blocker and liner. He needed to barrow a bucket from me to transport sand and needed to barrow duct tape to tape the seam. He doesn't even come with the most basic supplies needed for installation.
