DO NOT HIRE!! Asked for quote online and never received an answer. Contracted with another landscaper. Workers showed up and could not speak or understand English. I thought they were with my contracted landscaper. They did a terrible job and I called my contracted landscaper and he informed me that they never came out. Turns out that R&D sent the crew without a contract with me to do the job. Called owner and complained that not only did I not contract with him, but the 2 different crews he sent did a poor job. Finally talked to owner and asked for only the labor of $210 from the $460 I paid be refunded. He said too bad, he already has my money!
