The Hacketts Towing crew was instrumental during my teen's car accident. They made sure my daughter was safe, assured her she is in good hands, called police and AAA for her, blocked off the safe parameter around the car to avoid any new accidents and even gave her a ride back home in warmth with selections of sodas. The phase afterwards, of them dealing with my insurance and claim handlers was smooth and under the circumstance almost pleasant. They are a definition of going above and beyond.
