Carriers and Shippers Beware, I called for load posted on DAT. Completed the setup packet and waited for rate con. I waited long time and didn't not receive the rate con. My college end up covering the truck. I notified the broker that the truck is covered. Broker get mad and then sends rate con. I told him truck is covered nothing can be done. He threatens to submit false freight guard and keep on submitting new ones. Very unprofessional behavior and forcing carriers do loads for them by abusing the system. After sending the rate con 2min later he submitted the freight guard against the company. rate con was never signed. broker was notified beforehand the truck got covered. please protect yourself these bad players in the industry. Load was picking up from CA to TX. please protect yourself and avoid this company. Hope it helps
