Established in 2012, STRIKING 101 is a mixed martial arts academy in New York City, boasting more than 30 years of martial arts knowledge, experience and service in Queens & Long Island areas. STRIKING 101 keeps up with current fitness trends, martial arts techniques, bringing in expert staff, updating our equipment, and expanding our group exercise class offerings as the needs of our patrons change.
