We strive to provide a well-rounded fitness experience by utilizing training inspired by several forms of exercise. We ensure our clients are prepared and inspired to attain personal growth through the aerial arts. We offer fun, fitness oriented classes in Aerial arts and pole dancing. We have yoga along with contortion fundamentals. There are Barre, and Aerial Silks, Lyra, Trapeze and even intro to Circus classes just for kids. Come explore and enjoy fitness. Our classes include various types of Pole Fitness Dancing techniques starting with the New Flyers beginning classes. We have Aerial Pole classes that will take you to the next level while helping build your strength. The Grounded Pole Classes incorporates a choreographed dance into the routine adding fun. Get your swanky Jazz Club vibe on in our Sutio Cabaret class, or come to the Pole Jam and practice everything you have learned thus far. Other than pole classes you can enjoy Yoga and also Contortion Fundamentals. Stretching and core strength and flexibility are enhanced in these classes. Barre and Barre Spiked combine Pilates and Ballet for an inspirational workout you will enjoy. If you want a serious Bootcamp experience, join us for our Fusion & Arial Bootcamp. Here we combine Pilates, Yoga and HIT training into a one hour class. You get intense toning, stretching and a cardio workout all maximizing your results. For a fun form of exercise try a Trapeze class. Fly through the air learning Circus Dance. Young kids can enjoy and introduction to Circus in an 8 week program. They will learn technique and proper grip and mount while they explore Trapeze and Lyra skills. We have a variety of memberships available, from monthly specials to Drop in rates or bundled class rates. Fly Circus Aerial Arts is always open to host your party.
