The founder / owner of this business is unbelievably unprofessional.
See screenshots on Yelp: after requesting a proposal, he responded with all-caps expletives via email simply because he didn't want to pay the full deposit.
This kind of unacceptable conduct should not be tolerated and has no place in the workplace.
