She did not provide the services that were agreed to. Courtney was an awful pet sitter. She unplugged all the devices we use for monitoring our home. She left our front door unlocked so she could enter and exit undetected. She was scheduled to be at our home 14 hours a day. She showed up 2 times per day for meals only. She did not walk the dog, nor scoop the cat litter or give my cat the medication she needed. After I fired her she showed up at my home intoxicated at 11:00 am. My neighbors intercepted her and she tried to force entry. Luckily my neighbors were able to get the key from her but she tried to give the wrong key. She even left open beer bottles in my fridge. Now she will not reply to me or refund me. Stay far away from her and her business.
