HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! WASTED MY TIME! I called this company to fix an electric problem at my home in Weston. They confirmed very nicely that I was scheduled for the following day with a two hour block. The time came and went by without ever receiving a call to say if they were still coming or not. I reached back out, they apologized and rescheduled me for the following day, I was very nice thinking that it's ok to give them a second chance. The following day the exact same thing happened, i called the electrician that was supposed to come and he said they would be on their way shortly, two hours passed, I called again, he said the same thing, and of course they never showed up. For two days straight I waited at my home and opted not to go out with my family / kids so I could wait for the electrician. Complete waste of my time. The called me again the following day saying they were going to fix this and would call me right back to schedule. still nothing. Very disappointed. Next time just let me know you don't have the bandwidth to fulfill the request rather than wasting my time!
