BEWARE! On 03/23/2021 we gave E Squared Contracting LLC a $25,000 deposit to be put on his work schedule for a handicap accessible living space. As of 12/21/2021, NO work has been started on it, no permits have been applied for, and the owner has no returned our deposit even though he admits he owes it to us. We are senior citizens and need this remodel to keep us safe as we have increased health issues and disabilities. We feel very victimized!
