They sold my carpet and we felt forced to accept an inferior replacement! Even though I had already paid for 35’ of an ample roll, another salesman sold the rest of the roll without even checking to see if there was enough left to complete our job. They are not malicious, but don’t trust these guys to set aside what you’ve already paid for, and are counting on. There’s just no excuse for this, and my wife and I are still furious.
