They did not replace a panel correctly under my car after an oil change. This cause several panels under my car to come off at highway speed after I left. I returned and politely asked the manager to help repair the panels. He suggested that I must have -bottomed out- to rip them off. I am a middle aged suburban mom with a clean driving record and a Ford Edge.
