I'll start off with that they were a low cost provider and the amenities reflect that. If that's the main driver for your childcare needs, then this would work out ok. Our child was in the younger kids area which is extremely small. There's as many kids as can be packed into very small areas. We did have a main caretaker named Sue who was wonderful. Things I liked: - Low cost (price increasing by 40% soon) - Near my house - Came recommended - Some flexibility for availability Things I didn't like: - Staff do not wear face masks or follow their own rules (see their Facebook page as of this review posting). The written reassurances and practices that the owner said she put in place are nowhere to be seen in their own social media posts. Which, is the only way you can see a snapshot of what is going on without a camera or being allowed inside now. - Cash or Check only, which makes following the payment guidelines challenging during off weeks when your kid(s) inevitably get sick - Child would often come home extremely dirty, and this was when he couldn't crawl and they weren't going outside in the winter - Staff would lose my dishes - New director added some new charges, making my final bill over double than what it should have been. I thoroughly enjoyed paying an unexpected $230 more for "Victoria charges" - Pickup deadline of 5pm is impossible when you work 9a-5p - No cameras to be able to see my child - Owner/Director (now anyways) are unbelievably slow to respond to calls & emails when you ask for information or forms that they're requiring - No ID required for pick-ups The price increase brings them in line with other, better daycare offerings but without the extra benefits & quality of those other offerings.
