Renters BEWARE - They will hold you responsible for damages done by previous tenant regardless of if the damages were listed on your initial walk-thru sheet. (I'm not even sure that's an ethical/legal business practice) IMHO - Alexis is about as two-faced, condescending, cold hearted as they come. Sweet to your face, but a real "peach" in her e-mails. We filmed our final walk-thru and have her on recording saying deductions from our security deposit would be minimal, some fertilizer and grass seed. Imagine our surprise when we get our deposit back and it's short over $600. She added in lots of unexpected and not mentioned deductions (note earlier comment about being held responsible for previous tenants damage) If you get stuck renting from them kiss your deposit good-bye despite your meticulous documentation of the move in conditions (I even took photos and had a power-point) Their job is to make sure you get as little of your deposit back as possible, no matter how unethical it is and they take just enough so it's not worth pursuing legal action. They got it all figured out. Worst property management group I have ever had to deal with.
