This was the most unfortunate experience we had to deal with. His only interest was to extort money and do less or no work. The work was left incomplete, botched and a hazardous disaster.
His workers are pulled from corners of the streets and have no idea what to do or understand directions. He just would drop them off and they had no tool or material to work with and unable to read or understand directions on how to install the products. It turn out that he never got the permit for the job or an active license to do the work. Do yourself a favor and do your research.
