In April, after many of our actively involved members witnessed acts of egregous misconduct by one of the founding members, it was decided to dissolve the 501c3. After a majority vote by the registered board members, I, as registered agent, filed legal paperwork at the state and federal levels for the immediate dissolution of Triple 7 Rescue Ranch. Notification was given to all applicable parties to cease operation. They were also requested to remove the social media pages and directed to remove all pictures, publications and or reviews containing my name or likeness within any and all of their marketing To date they have refused. Instead opting to continually slander myself, and everyone else, who has chosen to step forward to speak the truth about their unscrupulous business practices. They now are claiming that the 501c3 is being reinstated. It is my understanding this can not be done without the approval of the registered agent. I do not and will not approve. I do not give permission for them to use any pictures, reviews or posts from any Triple 7 Rescue Ranch related pages on any of thier future business endeavors. We refuse to be used to promote any of their alleged illegal and deceptive business practices.
