You've got a lot of nerve sending me a postcard telling me you want to buy my house because it's a distressed property. It is not a distressed property and it is not for sale!! If I wanted to sell it, I would put a for sale sign in the yard. I do not appreciate being contacted through your blanket mailing which is actually about the laziest thing I've ever seen. If you really wanted to buy my house, you should have the balls to come to my door and ask me in person. But I am certain it's much easier to sit in your car and Google addresses of empty residences. I find it insulting that you feel that my home is in any way distressed or in need of your questionable and unsolicited assistance. I find it disgusting that you would prey on those who might be less fortunate or experiencing financial difficulties for your own gain.
