Failure to report maintenance repairs, denying maintenance access to the premises, changing locks and intentionally damaging the property is also grounds for legal action - and yet before of any of those steps are taken - we are confident and are proven that we will repeat any corrective actions and provide grace and understanding in your hardships. We are a business and our first priority is People and in so - is to ensure that we are compliant with housing quality standards for all subsidized and non-subsidized housing clients and that of the City of Philadelphia property codes - to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable place to live. We may not get it right all the time the first time - but we always do our best to make it right.
