It was great; at first. Roger was easy to work with and did a small job for my mom which made us feel confident to have him do some more projects at her house. He poured a concrete walkway, which came out as expected and then built a deck which needed some extra finessing after it was done, but not a big deal. The problems came with the soffit replacement for her porch roof. I noticed that things were coming apart and getting really warped and wavy. I texted some pictures and Roger assured me that he would see what was going on. Fast forward one month, 2 no show appointments (didn’t even bother to call or text to cancel), multiple unanswered texts and a read but unanswered Facebook message, and still nothing from Burnish Construction. Very disappointed.
