Refused to honor a gift certificate I paid $65 for in an auction, claiming her "prices have gone up to $80." I offered to pay the difference, but she refused to use the $65 as credit towards the services I'd already paid for, claiming "all my gift certificates expire after one year", even though a) this is not stated anywhere on the certificate, and b) gift certificates don't expire in CA. Unhelpful, accusatory, and rude.
