As General Counsel, Jeff Martin's duties include managing claims against the firm and serving as ethics counsel while providing advice to attorneys within the firm on a variety of ethical and other issues pertaining to client engagements. Jeff also helps develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to assist attorneys in understanding and complying with their ethical duties under applicable rules of professional conduct.
