Scammed! No license! Hired to replace fluorescent bulbs with LED bulbs at my business. Required payment walking out the door. Came in the next day and 3 fixtures weren't working. Inspected the other fixtures only to find several that were "replaced" with 2 bulbs in 3 bulb fixtures, ballasts were wired sloppily and not screwed down correctly. Wires loose and shorted out, and ceiling plate missing the retaining nut and hanging down off the ceiling. Repeatedly called to have him come back, but he would never show up to fix the problems he created. Was told repeatedly that he "was sorry, and would be there in the morning to fix them". He never showed up. Was charged $2400 and had to have a legit electrician come and fix the work. Don't get ripped off like I did. Hire a licensed legit electrician to handle your project.
