Will damage your property and take no responsibility to fix it. He (owner) broke my sliding glass door 2 mo ago and hasn't paid to have it fixed. I had to repair. Sent the bill, I get excuses. Checks in the mail means, he will never take responsibility. Beware!

Unfortunately the ball was dropped using my insurance company to take care of the window incident. I don't know if it was because of covid-19 issues or what with the insurance company but it definitely rolled down hill and made this issue worse. I should have just paid for the repairs and dealt with the insurance afterwards. I was in complete contact with ****** the entire time. The burning of the siding is news to me? If this happened I would have admitted to it right away and would of had it fixed. I enjoyed ****** as a client and was even able to complete her project early which resulted in about $200 in savings. We keep our word and will always be accountable for any mistakes made. We will always get it taken care of also.
