Gus Garcia was referred to us. He purportedly done a good job on an epoxy garage floor for a local neighbor in the Grapevine area. We contacted Garcia for similar services in August. Signs were developing during the floor application that gave me concern about the epoxy adherence to the floor. Garcia assured me things would work out once the clear coat was applied. We stayed off the completed floor 48 hours after completion as he recommended. Almost to the day after vehicles were brought onto the floor, tire marks began to appear., and within 3days a lift of the epoxy occurred under one vehicle. Reason: In my opinion, his limited prep of the floor; he did little grinding in small areas. The epoxy had little chance to adhere in questionably stained concrete areas despite etching. Warranty he said he stood behind was not his. Garcia will not answer his cell phone (214-438-7706) after many calls and msgs left for weeks! Gus left me no choice but to leave this negative feedback , and will be pursuing a remedial company to further address the matter. He should call and stand behind his guarantee to finalize this matter. Disappointing!
