Don't do any work for her. I did a lot of work for her with the impression she was going tk pay me for my work. When the job was almost finished literally paint was all that was left to do a $250 job she chooses to tell me she doesn't have any money and pays someone else $700 to do the paint. Ridiculous, unethical, chickens hit, and down right scandalous. And I hope she actually pays the guy, which she probably won't. I dont knkw how she runs her business but as a person she is horrible. Lesson learned. $4000 later.
