TruEdge Whetstone Sharpening is a mobile business based in Tampa, FL specializing in culinary knives. Operated by a former chef turned skilled knife sharpener with over a decade of experience sharpening traditionally by hand on natural and man-made Japanese whetstones. TruEdge sharpens your blade to its full potential without the use of machines. We charge $2.00 per inch of Blade for sharpening and $5.00 per Tip Restoration / “kick backs”. Repair costs depend on severity of damage. HOW IT WORKS: Pick-up and drop-off service, 24-hour turnaround. We have multiple meeting locations in the area for you to pick at your convenience. We do not have a store front.
