If I could give a negative star review I would!
When my husband first reached out to Toby last year he would follow up with every task, take every call and answer every text, but the moment he got our first check, everything changed. This company was the most unprofessional, unresponsive and disrespectful business I have ever worked with. They would go days without showing up, commit to deadlines and not come through and were extremely sloppy with their work. Also, I as a female would try to speak with Toby and he would only direct his responses to my husband and at one point I went outside to speak to him and he put his hand in my face and "took a call" so he didn't have to deal with me. Clearly he is a sexist so if you do choose to work with Toby make sure you have a male S/O present so your questions could be answered. We could not wait for him to be done with our project! I went to write this review last year but I was so angry with them I knew it would be worse than what I am writing now, HOWEVER, not even a year later 4 tiles have fallen off the pool and we reached out since it's in our contract that they are liable to fix them. Also, because they didn't pour the concrete decking properly, we have multiple cracks around the pool. Not only did they have the audacity to ask why we never gave them a review but have snubbed us from coming over and fixing the tiles. Needless to say, here is your review PER YOUR REQUEST!
Cliff notes: if you have time to waste, want a contractor who will do sloppy work, sexist, and will blow you off, then choose Fairweather Design Company.
