Awful! Michael is not only incompetent, but he will rip you off in addition. He missed tons of mold in a condo we were going to lease. We also asked him to clean our things from the old condo. He charged us 8000$ !! We signed the lease in the new building , and I got very very sick. I ended up getting port in my chest and spent 5 months in a hospital in Florida, because he missed tons of mold in the new condo. After we invited another company they were schooled by the results of his work and pointed out lots of mold that was hiding behind the kitchen cabinets. Michael refused to refund us our money.
