The "repairman" arrived at 12:45 with no explanation as to why he was late for a "morning appointment". He was in an unmarked SUV/minivan and presented no identification. I had to ask him twice not to block my driveway because my husband needed to leave. He walked in and spent about 2 minutes looking at my refrigerator and walked out and drove away with no explanation. I called him immediately when I realized he was leaving, but I got a voicemail asking that I leave a message or text. The voice mailbox was full, so I texted, asking what was going on. I have sent 4 texts and have received no reply. I have come to believe that the main issue is communication. It appears he does not speak English well enough to communicate the simplest information. His name is Jacob and I believe he is the owner, as the information I have found indicates there is only one employee.

Awful!!! Never returned any phone calls and i waited at home 5 hours for them.
