My experience with Immaculate Concrete was an absolute nightmare. I strongly advise against them. Nicole has consistently ignored my calls for months, resorting to the absurd "kid in the hospital" excuse when skipping a scheduled meeting. The walkway installation is a disaster with numerous discolorations, gauges, holes, and uneven surfaces. The only thing they managed correctly was collecting the payment in full, exploiting the fact that I paid before discovering the issues. Their work is a complete disappointment, and their behavior is even more appalling. Despite multiple calls requesting a prompt consultation to address the problems, they haven't bothered to call back.
