We called kenny early on a Friday and he worked us in quickly, despite our never having used Kenny's home comfort before. Kenny showed up promptly for the appointment and kept us notified all day long about his progress. He found the capacitor problem on unit 1 and I had him check for problems on unit 2, also. He found that the unit 2 capacitor was about to fail, so we had both units repaired in one short visit. Prompt, competent, and personable. Kenny's home comfort will be our go to HVAC contractor from now on.
