The worst corrupt company you could ever rent or buy from. My mother and I both bought two mobile homes which I got all paper work from these ppl and they still paid judge off and back doored us and took our places after we well paid over the asking price because we thought we still owed. They got mad when they knew we found out about them. They are garbage ppl Jeff is a wanna be pediofile and Joann don't care as long as she gets money feed to her money hungry self.
