Hood Cleaning, Restaurant Hood Cleaning, Hood Cleaning Los Angeles, Hood Cleaners, Hood Cleaners Serving the greater Los Angeles, California area for years, is Los Angeles Hood Cleaning. Hood cleaning is the process of removing grease and grime that accumulates in the commercial kitchen exhaust system when cooking on a regular basis. Having a professional do a hood cleaning on a regular basis is one of the best ways to prevent a flash fire. Grease and grime build up when cooking and if not cleaned on a regular basis, it can become a fire hazard. If there is a fire and a restaurant owner/manager cannot show they have done their due diligence, their insurance company may not cover the damages. They will say the restaurant was negligent. We have had perspective clients call us to see if we could just place a sticker on their hood, so they can obtain insurance. We explain to them we have to actually do the hood cleaning in order to place a sticker on the exhaust hood. Our stickers indicate the year and month that the cleaning was done. We will replace the sticker the next time we clean the commercial kitchen exhaust system. California law requires hinges on the hood system. This law was enacted recently so many restaurants may not be in compliance. It is a good idea to have our professionals inspect your system before you get an unexpected visit for the health inspector. We have the ability to install hinges to your hood system. Ignoring your commercial kitchen exhaust system is not the answer. Calling Los Angeles Hood Cleaning is. Our team of professionals will keep your kitchen safe and healthy.
