Kidz Korner WeeCare is unique because we offer more than just learning. We offer respect for the whole child and their differences. We are open to multiple cultures children without having any prejudice or bias. At Kidz Korner, we don't just want the children to learn from what we have to offer them, but as educators learn what the children have to provide us as well. We use a variety of early childhood learning foundations to cater the curriculum to each child individually. We've created a "Blended Curriculum" which encompasses Thematic, Emergent, Project, and Inquiry-based learning married into a learn through play attitude. We stand from the rest because we have a Maker Space. Maker Space is not solely a science lab, woodshop, computer lab or art room, but it may contain elements found in all of these familiar spaces. It provides hands-on, creative ways to encourage students to design, experiment, build, and invent as they deeply engage in science, engineering, and tinkering. Our program is a well-rounded education for an academic foundation, emotional values, social and physical formation, and best of care to make them feel at ease while they are away from home. We ask that children be potty trained prior to entering Kidz Korner. If they’re in the process, there may be availability in our infant center next door until they are fully potty trained, at which point they can move onto the preschool!
