I hired Westgate Creatives to do SEO, Facebook Ads, and create a Sales funnel for my skincare company and I must say I am extremely disappointed and it is difficult saying this but I literally feel robbed. For the money they charge, I literally go no results with any of the service, except a FB for a short period of time! We started out meeting monthly for updates and then that stopped! I noticed my website was not getting any traffic after a month in a half into their services. The Dash Board they created for me had no statistics on it for months, only when I contacted them they realized the problem. I mentioned to them that I was switching my website from Godaddy to Shopify a month and a half in advance so that they make the necessary changes and be prepared when the time come. Well, the time came and they did nothing except wanting to charge me double to integrate my new site, after I was told that they would help me and take care of it! I had another company go behind their work and discovered that I basically was $5000. In order to run a effective SEO, on importantly factor is to have at least 40 backlinks, well 3 months into service, I only had 14. This is one of the reason I was not getting any traffic or sales. I had a third company look at what this company did and they too said that these guys are amateurs based on what they saw! I wasted $5000 with these guys, my keywords were all wrong, even when I told them I was going to be a exclusive skincare company I still was getting people messaging me about hair!! I made more sales by myself then what this company produced in 4 months. They talk a big game but no results! I can only speak from my experiences with them. If you hire them you are entering at your own risk and you better check up behind them!! I strongly considered taking them to court for a full refund! I still may do it, based on reports I have from different companies saying the same thing! No such thing as coincidences!
