If you want technical competence, I have no doubt you can find it here. However, be prepared to be addressed rudely by children half your age. Don't look for cooperation or flexibility (such as taking into account a person's incidental disadvantages) - their attitude is that the customer is there to serve THEM, not the other way around. Their prices are very high, and they'll charge for any accommodation they might make. In my most recent contact with this company, I was treated to all these things. Whatever your need, it isn't worth the anguish!
