Be Aware...(I do not recommend this company) On July 28, 2025, my landlord scheduled a visit with the owner of this company to service my dryer unit. He came out and inspected the dryer and said the knob just needed to be replaced. He showed me that the dryer worked using pliers, but the knob was slightly cracked, and he needed to order a replacement knob. I didn't see the knob reflect his diagnosis, so I reported it to my landlord and provided pictures. He stated he would be back the next day with a new knob. The next day came on 7/30/25, he was a no-show. I texted him he said he was busy and would get back to me later. He contacted me on 7/31/25, texting and calling while I was at work. I responded by text and let him know he could drop off the dryer knob when my son was home and that I was at work. After he leaves, he texts saying that the dryer has a deeper issue that will be expensive. I come home and inspect the dryer, and it looks like the dryer timer has been stripped, and it was not like this on his last visit or after. I asked my son what he did when he was here. He said he went to his car 3 times and that he had pliers and a torch. he said he heard the torch going on and off. This would make sense because the dryer timer looks like it's been burnt. I asked my son did he had brought the dryer knob that he was supposed to be delivering, and he stated no, he did not see him with a knob. I have asked him for his credentials, and he uploaded an expired business license from the year 2024 and refused to give me his legal name. I am currently waiting for my landlord to provide me with his name and contact information to report him to the police. You can not come into someone's home and damage property intentionally and dishonestly, giving invalid evaluations, and refuse to return property (the dryer knob he took on 7/29/25; he did not return or provide the new one).
