Really disappointed that I need to leave a negative review, but there is no other recourse since they refuse to return phone calls or emails. My boys have gone to this studio for almost a year. We developed personal relationships with the instructors based on learning, friendship and trust. We moved out of state in Oct 2020. Before we moved, we informed the studio that we would be in the studio for the rest of September and that would be it. Imagine my surprise when I had a charge against my bank account for October lessons. I went into the studio around the last week of October when I discovered the charge. I explained the charge for October and they said, No problem! We will remove that for you. It is now December 8 and I have yet to be reimbursed, I am now out of state and its not like I can go in person to discuss this. I have called and emailed extensively and have had not one call back or response to my emails. I am highly disappointed - a studio that prides themselves on honesty and trust, yet they don't practice what they preach. I will remove all the negative reviews, once they refund me what I am owed.
