Not pleased with this company. Overall paint quality is good, however, despite saying I would have my car painted within 3 months , Brandon took a year to finally paint and finish my car. I had called and pressed him numerous times and I always got the same answer, "we will be getting to it in the next few weeks". Very frustrating having your vehicle held hostage for a year. After getting the car back, I noticed several body panel bolts and fasteners not used. This was discovered after driving it back home for a few hours and noticing body panels no longer aligned and sticking out due to airflow popping them out of place. In Addition, 3 of my 4 aftermarket black wheels/rims were scratched up from his crew when re-installing. I suspect they went nuts with an impact wrench because every lug nut hole on the 3 rims had severe scratches and the two rear had chips of paint knocked off. The wheels had less than 1000 miles on them. He did eventually replace the rear 2 rims after months of complaining about it but it took call after call despite saying he would months before. He actually only replaced them after I had to threaten to place a negative review. I held off on that review. He originally said he would provide touch-up paint pens and still hasn't now over 2 years later. He also stated he would send matching paint for the chin/lip spoiler that eventually was damaged and it is now almost a year later without delivering either. I have respectfully called and texted Brandon over and over and over and over and over again asking for numerous updates on what he agreed to do and still have not received the items discussed. Brandon is a nice guy and that's why I hate writing this review but if you want to have your car painted or other work performed, go elsewhere. I had a paint voucher I won at a Z1 nationals raffle and over doubled that value with add-ons and now looking back, I would have preferred to have another company paint my Z. The frustrations with dealing with Brandon's unprofessionalism and lack of timely replies, if any at all, not honoring his commitments, his inability to return the vehicle within a reasonable time, and his company's damage to my property has made my experience with this company miserable and regrettable. Brandon if you eventually read this review, you might want to buy a book or two on how to run a small business and how to be professional business owner. Hopefully this review will be a reminder to follow through on what you promised. Please don't treat your other customers like you have me.
