I contacted this company because I needed professional appliance service. My washing machine stopped spinning, while I was in the middle of washing a mountain of dirty laundry. I gave them a ring right away and a friendly staff answered the phone. They sent their fantastic technician and he was at my place in no time. He found out the motor coupling broken, which he had to replace. After replacing that part, he tried the washing machine and it worked perfectly! Although it was an emergency repair, their charge was still reasonable. I will definitely be going back to them for future use.
