This company just wants to scam you, check out their other reviews with the Better Business Bureau or on Yelp. Also, google their name plus any other city or state, and you will find that they have a different phone number for that place and different reviews, almost all of them bad. They took my money and lied to me, and they have done it to many more people. Stay away, if you want a PI find one that you're able to meet with in person, not just on the phone. In every town they claim to have a physical location they actually have a "virtual office" with no one there, just a service that collects mail. Online, they have a nationwide presence with hundreds of "virtual offices" and phone numbers, but in reality its just one "investigator" and a few people to answer the phone and emails. They use the same picture of the office for every single "different" location they advertise. Even the "success stories" they show on their website are all the same, with just the city name changed to match the new location"
