Fair warning this Michelle is so pleasant when you first talk to her but once you send her money, she is rude, unprofessional And we are still waiting for paperwork to be filed by her since October. she had 101 reasons on why she couldn't do it from she was on vacation, she didn't have the right phone number, she didn't get money, she didn't get copies of anything sent. We were fortunate we kept copies of everything, but man what a hassle.
