The Gear Jammer Cafe opened up in June of 2012 and is located at the Penn Jersey Truck Stop in Phillipsburg, NJ. Started by two cooking professionals with a passion for people, Karen & Ken decided to tailor their menu offerings around a healthy homestyle approach which offers both old fashioned cooking and newly trending items such as paninis & specialty wraps as well as homemade soups, pastries and desserts to please all pallates. Having also been on the road, Ken finds great pleasure in sharing stories & socializing with the truck driving audience that enjoys our bountiful platters & comfortable environment.
