I ordered 2 rings Dec 14th. Even though some reviews were bad an complained about not getting their orders, I took a chance since I did research where this business is an if they are legit. I got their address, number, etc.. BUT-- Today is 20 BUSINESS days not including the 3 holidays. I have not received any communication or anything. I did receive an email from them with excuses but assuring a ship date mid January or by the 20th business day. STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING. So I emailed again to give them 3 days or I will be filing with Better Business Bureau to get my $200 back. This business of 2 employees can't keep in touch with customers or even give apologies or reasons for actual delays. Whether I get a refund or the 2 rings, I will make sure more people know about the actions of this business...
