I handle hardware, software and networks as well as consultations and training. I recently completed a 4 week (EMR) integration project in 8 days. 16 new computers. Desktops, laptops, pads, printers, scanners, routers and access points for a 4 location medical firm in Hampton Roads. This solution integrated old and new hardware to work with a new "cloud computing" applications. No two problems are alike but it all boils down to 2 things...................... 0s and 1s! As a former computer basics operational teacher at NASA Langley Research Center's Office Of Education I use a unique method to train even the least confident to become comfortable and proficient with operating a computer.
